The Taco Bill Mexican Restaurant in Frankston was opened in September 1992 by Ron & Liz Nuthall and is currently owned by Glenn & Audrey Fullwood.
At the Frankston restaurant we have built up a clientele of regular customers over the years who keep returning because of the quality of our Mexican cuisine, our famous Margaritas, the relaxed and happy atmosphere we offer and our exceptional service.
