The Taco Bill Mexican Restaurant in Black Rock was opened in December 1984. The current owners, Alan Tey and Josephine Portwine, purchased the Black Rock restaurant in November 2002. At the Black Rock restaurant we have built up a clientele of regular customers over the years who keep returning because of the quality of our Mexican cuisine, our famous Margaritas, the relaxed and happy atmosphere we offer and our exceptional service.
