The Taco Bill Mexican Restaurant in Croydon was opened in February 1992 by Kevin Smith who sold 50% of the business to his manager, Leslie Wynn.
The restaurant is currently owned by Jianbo Xu & Tet Xu who also own other Taco Bill locations, including the restaurant in Boronia.
