The Taco Bill Mexican Restaurant in Forest Hill was opened in February 2004 by Alan To & Huy Tran who had been associated with the Taco Bill group of restaurants since 1992, whilst working at Taco Bill South Melbourne in conjunction with their university studies. Huy has maintained a close relationship with the Taco Bill group during the ensuing years and has since sold his interest in the restaurant to Alan To who is now the sole owner.
