Restaurant details: - The Taco Bill Mexican Restaurant in Camberwell / Hawthorn East was opened in May 1986 by Stan & Vicki Teschke, 'Taco Bill' Chilcote and Irene Chong. The restaurant is currently owned by Alan Tey, Josephine Portwine and James Lim. Alan & Josephine also own Taco Bill's in Black Rock and Brighton.
