The Taco Bill Mexican Restaurant in Wodonga was opened in 1998 by Gisella Henry & Rod Edwards, who operate the Taco Bill restaurant in Albury. In 2001 the restaurant was purchased by Issy Holland, a long-time Taco Bill Albury team member, and her husband Geoff.
